One green methi vegetable bundle Two tablespoon besan(gram flour) one onion one tomato 1/2tsp.salt 1/2tsp.coriander powder 1/2tsp.turmeric powder
Cooking Instructions
Cut wash the green methi leaves. Put a pan on the fire put little oil in it roast the besan and remove it in a plate. Then put oil in the pan put chopped onions when the onions turn golden put in tomatoes and masalas fry for a while then pour the green veg. Cover it. When the veg is half done put in the roasted besan and cook for a while.
