Ingredients
Old-fashioned oats 1/2 cup(cooked) Toor dal 1/2 cup(cooked) Mixed veg 1/2 cup (boiled) Green chillies 1-2 Salt to taste Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp Coriander powder 1tsp Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp Garam masala 1/4 tsp Oil for cooking Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp Curry leaves 4-5 Onion 1 small Lime juice 1tsp Garlic (chopped) 1 Green coriander leaves (for garnishing)
Cooking Instructions
Heat a pan add oil then add mustard seeds once crackle add curry leaves & Slit green chilli sauteing .add onion slices & cook till turn pink color then add chopped garlic & cook till raw aroma goes. Add boiled veg & spices cover & cook for a min.then add cooked dal & oats mixed properly.give a boil .once u get desired consistency .add salt to taste.(if required) Turn off a flame add lemon juice,garam masala & garnish with Green coriander leaves. My tip: if u like thin consistency then add water to make it thinner.add Ghee or butter for own taste buds.
