Im in H1-B Visa here. I would like to know what is the procedure to give power to father to proceed buying a property in India with my name;Im hearing to thoughts: Wanted to confirm which one is correct. Option 1: (without signature/approval from Indian Embassy) Get an email letter from a notary in India with the details of my Father and I, sign it and obtain signature from a notary here in the US (Bank of America can do this). Along with the letter, get notaries signature on photocopies of Passport, VISA, marksheets, etc and send it in Physical mail. And they can register with all these details.Option 2: (with signature/approval from Indian Embassy)Have the details printed in an Indian Bond paper, get it approved/signed from Indian Embassy and physical mail to India. Could someone help me to know which is the correct way of doing please? Thanks,Ramesh
